Vegetable Mix, Carrots and Broccoli

Product Description

Good quality vegetable mix should be fresh-looking. Broccoli bud clusters should be compact and purple-green in color. Baby carrots should be firm with a smooth exterior; color should be vibrant orange to red-orange.

Vegetable mix is available throughout the year.

Uses

Vegetable mix is individually packaged and ideal in sack lunches, on trays, or in salad bars. The mix is great for dipping in sauces such as ranch dressing or hummus.

None.

Storage

Vegetable mix should be stored between 32–35 degrees Fahrenheit with a relative humidity of 90–95 percent.

Best If Used By

Packages should be used within two to three days.
