Public Comment Guidelines
Public comment may be made in person or remotely.
In Person
Public comment may be provided in person at the meeting. Individuals who wish to provide either general public comment or public comment on a specific agenda item must sign up on the applicable public comment sign-in sheet prior to the comment period. Individuals will form a queue when prompted by CDE staff and will provide public comment when the moderator calls their name.
Public comment is limited to one minute per individual.
Remote
Public comment may be provided by joining the virtual meeting and following instructions during the public comment period.
Public comment will be limited to one minute per individual. The operator will announce to the caller when their time is up.
Reasonable Accommodation
