Academic Year | The academic year (July 1 – June 30) corresponding to the time period when the cumulative enrollment data was collected. |
Aggregate Level | An indicator of the aggregation level.
Note: One of these values must be chosen to obtain an unduplicated count at the selected level. |

District Code | 5-digit District Code. |
School Code | 7-digit School Code. |
County Name | County Name. |
District Name | District Name. |

School Type | The Education Option Category Name (EdOpsCategoryName) is a short text description of the type of education offered.

Students Enrolled (Count) | The total number of students enrolled within these schools at end of year within cumulative enrollment. Cumulative enrollment consists of the total number of unduplicated primary and short-term enrollments for the indicated academic year (July 1 to June 30), regardless of whether the student is enrolled multiple times within a school or district. Cumulative enrollment is calculated at each reporting level (e.g., school, county, and state) and therefore is not necessarily additive from one reporting level to the next. For example, if a student is enrolled in multiple schools within a district during the academic year, they are counted once at each school, but only once in the district's cumulative enrollment. |
Students Expected to Re-Enroll (Count) | From the Students Enrolled count, the number of students in cumulative enrollment expected to re-enroll the following academic year. Those expected to re-enroll were NOT completers/graduates, did NOT transfer out of state or to private school, or exited an Local Education Agencies (LEAs) and were NOT expected to return the following academic year. |
Students Re-Enrolled in Non-Juvenile Court or Non-County Community Schools (Count) | From the Students Expected to Re-Enroll count, the number of students that were enrolled on Census Day the following academic year at any school type besides Juvenile Court or County Community. |
Students Re-Enrolled in Non-Juvenile Court or Non-County Community Schools (Rate) | Students Re-enrolled in a Non-Juvenile Court or Non-County Community School divided by Students Expected to Re-Enroll. |
Students Re-Enrolled in Juvenile Court or County Community Schools (Count) | From the Students Expected to Re-Enroll count, the number of students that were enrolled on Census Day the following academic year at a Juvenile Court or County Community School. |
Students Re-Enrolled in Juvenile Court or County Community Schools (Rate) | Students Re-enrolled in Juvenile Court or County Community Schools divided by Students Expected to Re-Enroll. |
Students Not Re-Enrolled (Count) | From the Students Expected to Re-Enroll count, the number of students that were not enrolled on Census Day the following academic year at any Transitional Kindergarten-12 (TK-12) School type. |
Students Not Re-Enrolled (Rate) | Students Not Re-Enrolled divided by Students Expected to Re-Enroll. |
