File Structure: EL Reclassification Data

File structure for English learner (EL) reclassification data for years 2011–12 through the current year. Includes ELs and fluent English proficient (FEP) counts as well.

Field Name	Field Type	Description
CDS	Character	This 14-digit code is the official, unique identification of a school within California. The first two digits identify the county, the next five digits identify the school district, and the last seven digits identify the school.
County	Character	County name.
District	Character	District name.
School	Character	School name.
EL	Numeric	Count of English learners.
FEP	Numeric	Count of fluent English proficient students.
Reclass	Numeric	Count of EL students reclassified as fluent-English-proficient (FEP) since the last census.
