Access to the Online Public Update for Schools (OPUS) - County-District-School (CDS) Web application, as well as resources to assist authorized local educational agency (LEA) CDS coordinators in using the application.

OPUS-CDS Web Application
The OPUS-CDS web application is used by authorized LEA CDS coordinators to notify the California Department of Education (CDE) of updates to information contained in the California School Directory. These updates may include changes in things such as contact information, personnel, agency name, grade span, etc. A user name and password are required to access this Web application.

NOTE: Not all school and/or LEA information can be updated using the OPUS-CDS application. Users should refer to the Instructions for Submitting CDS Changes (also listed in the Resources below) for details regarding which updates can be made using the OPUS-CDS application and for instructions for submitting changes to data that are not maintained through OPUS-CDS.
