Funding Description

Request for Proposals (RFP) to invite submissions to conduct independent alignment and validation studies of the California Modified Assessment (CMA) for the grades and subjects used to calculate Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) for federal Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) accountability purposes.

Eligibility

Eligible Applicants Individuals, institutions of higher education, local educational agencies, nonprofit organizations, other organizations or agencies
Required Eligibility Criteria Sole proprietorships, partnerships, public or private entities, unincorporated organizations or associations may submit proposals in response to this RFP. In order to maintain the independent quality of the alignment study, the current contractor on the STAR administration contract (contract number 5417) is excluded from bidding on this RFP.
