Individualized Education Program Template Grant


Funding Description

The Individualized Education Program (IEP) Template funds shall be used to convene a panel comprised of members selected to continue refining the IEP template designed by the work group authorized in Chapter 6 of the Statutes of 2020 for usability.

Required Eligibility Criteria In accordance with Item 6100-001-0890, Provision 32, of Senate Bill (SB) 154, the Budget Act of 2022, appropriates $200,000 in federal Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) for the California Collaborative for Educational Excellence (CCEE) to convene a panel, comprised of members selected in consultation with and subject to the approval of the Executive Director of the State Board of Education (SBE), to continue refining the Individualized Education Program (IEP) template designed by the workgroup authorized in Chapter 6 of the Statutes of 2020 for usability. The Marin County Office of Education currently serves as the administrative agent for the CCEE and has served as the fiscal agent and/or administrative agent for the CCEE pursuant to contracts with the CDE since July 1, 2017.
