Funding Description
This Request for Proposal invites submissions from eligible bidders to provide federal and state approved assessments to local agencies; conduct the ongoing statewide collection and validation of student data in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations; produce and publish reports on California's data for federal and state entities; produce reports for us by locally funded agencies; and provide technical training and support.

Required Eligibility Criteria |
Bidders must have a minimum of 3 years (within the last 5 years) of recent full-time experience in Adult Education: Student Assessments; Data System and Management of Information Systems; and Reports. Secondly, a demonstrated history of producing and publishing timely statistical data tables and narrative reports containing descriptive statistics and analyses, at state and federal level. In addition, they provided training and technical support to local agencies on how to use data and reports. |
