Notification of Intent to Award

Note: Recipient and funding amounts are subject to budget and administrative adjustments. Grant funds are also subject to any additional restrictions, limitations or conditions imposed by the state or federal government. The CDE may delay, reduce, withhold or terminate grant funding as necessary to reflect any delay, reduction, withholding, impoundment, termination, cancellation or other action reducing the funds actually received by CDE or to reflect any additional restrictions, limitations or conditions placed on grantees.
