Funding Description
The purpose is to convene a Statewide Literacy & Mathematics Network to support statewide implementation of evidence-based practices in Literacy and Mathematics and the use of data to support effective instruction in Literacy and Mathematics.

The authorizing statute requires the California Department of Education (CDE) to provide $15 million to Marin County Superintendent of Schools on behalf of the California Collaborative for Educational Excellence for the Statewide Literacy & Mathematics Network. |
