ESSA Comprehensive Support and Improvement for County Offices of Education

The Budget Act appropriates $5 million of Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), Section 1003 funds for county offices of education (COEs). These funds are for the review and approval of Comprehensive Support and Improvement (CSI) plans through the CSI prompts in the local educational agency (LEA) Local Control and Accountability Plan.
