Funding Description

The purpose of this grant is to support local assistance activities that monitor local educational agency (LEA) compliance with state and federal special education laws and regulations. Consistent with this purpose, the initiative aligns with Part B State Performance Plan Indicators 15 and 16 and focuses on strengthening local capacity for compliance, dispute prevention, and resolution in collaboration with the Pathways to Partnership consortium.
