Funding Description
Of the funds appropriated in Senate Bill 101, Chapter 4, 6100-161-0890, Provision 13, $6,000,000 is available in one-time carryover funds for the State Performance Plan Technical Assistance Project. These funds shall be available for encumbrance until June 30, 2028.Eligibility

| Required Eligibility Criteria | The Center on Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS), established and funded by the United States Department of Education, has identified Placer County Office of Education (PCOE), Region 3, as the PBIS State Coordinator for the state of California. As PCOE is the nationally appointed state coordinator, they were selected to take on the work of the grant for the next three years. |
