Funding Description
The funding will establish a network of program sites across the state that collaborate with local Migrant Education Program (MEP) subgrantees to place college tutors in classrooms to support migratory students that are academically at-risk and demonstrate a priority for service. In addition, the applicant will hire bilingual (Spanish) college students who are strongly interested in pursuing a teaching career and provide training and support to pursue a teaching career.

Applicant must provide instructional support services to migratory students that are academically at-risk and demonstrate a priority for service. Applicant must adhere to all 2026-27 Grant Application Guidelines for the California Mini-Corps Grant. |
