Fiscal Year 2020–21

This apportionment, in the amount of $4,292,368, is made from federal funds provided to the state under Title I, Part D, Subpart 2, Prevention and Intervention Programs for Children and Youth Who Are Neglected, Delinquent, or At-Risk, of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, as amended by the Every Student Succeeds Act (Public Law 114–95).
