This page contains the list of the intended recipients of the Universal PreKindergarten (UPK) Mixed Delivery Planning Grant. The California Department of Education is authorized to administer the UPK Mixed Delivery Planning Grant Program through Chapter 2 of Part 6 Division 1 of Title 1 of the California Education Code, Article 13.1 commencing with Section 8320. This covers the grant period beginning July 1, 2022, and ending June 30, 2028 (fiscal years 2022–23, 2023–24, 2024–25, 2025–26, 2026–27 and 2027–28). Total available funding for the UPK Mixed Delivery Planning Grant - Round 1 is $18.3 million.
