This Center is the oldest LGBTQIA+ Center in the Bay Area. In addition to operating a sliding scale mental health clinic for LGBTQIA+ and Queer, Trans, Black, Indigenous People of Color (QTBIPOC) and their families in Alameda County, it supports two programs, The LOUD After-School Youth Program and Youth Speaker's Bureau for youth ages twelve through seventeen.

Provides gender affirming surgeries. Patients will receive care from a team of medical experts. Care includes an extensive pre-surgery consultation and guidance from a nurse navigator to support the patient throughout the procedure and post-op care.

LGBTQ Connection, an initiative fueled by youth and other emerging leaders, fosters a healthier, more vibrantly diverse and inclusive community. Free counseling, Youth Leadership Teams, Family Support (Acceptance), Older Adult groups, Teen Socials, and Community Events are among many of the program opportunities offered to participants, including one-on-one support and referrals. Training and technical assistance are offered to schools (staff, administrators, students), community organizations, local government, faith communities and more, and all services are available in Spanish or English.

The Center’s Youth Services Program puts LGBTQ youth age sixteen through twenty-four and younger on a path to connection and stability. Their purpose is to build a strong queer youth community through education, creative and performing arts, fabulous community events and youth drop-in services weekly.

They are a group of LGBTQ volunteers who speak and share their experiences with students in elementary, middle, and high schools, as well as to adults in community colleges, and work settings such as hospitals and police departments.

CoastPride offers a safe space online and at community events to gather the diversity of our voices, raise awareness of LGBTQ issues, and address the needs of our LGBTQ youth, families, and adults. They work with existing local civic, governmental, for-profit and nonprofit organizations to enhance services so that they are inclusive of all who play, work, and live on the coastside.

The San Mateo County (SMC) PRIDE Initiative is an inclusive environment based in equity and parity for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex and two-spirit (LGBTQQI) communities. We are made up of individuals who are concerned about the well-being of the LGBTQQI communities and the initiative is supported by SMC Behavioral Health and Recovery Services.

Provides a broad range of services to LGBTQ+ individuals, partners, and families of all ages, with specialized programming for youth and older adults. The Pride Center is unique in that it combines direct mental health services with social and educational programming.
