• After School Education and Safety Program
  Provides funds to schools and districts that collaborate with community partners to provide safe and educationally enriching alternatives for children and youths during nonschool hours.
• All About Young Children: Information for Families on Children’s Early Development
  The online publication All About Young Children: Information for Families on Children’s Early Development provides resources for families based on the California Infant/Toddler Learning & Development Foundations and the California Preschool Learning Foundations. Parents and family members can find out what skills help children from birth to five learn, how they learn language, how they learn about feelings and relationships, how they learn about numbers, and how they become skillful at moving their bodies.
• Nutrition Services
  Learn more about how the Child and Adult Care Food Program can be integrated into a public and private child care center, day care home, adult day care center, or homeless shelter.
• Resource & Referral County Listing
  Resource and Referral agencies and programs, funded by the CDE, ELCD, are located in every county in the state. They help families find child care that best meets their needs, recruit and train child care providers, and collect data from parents and child care providers.
