Waiver Calendar 2022 and 2023

Calendar dates for the State Board of Education meetings.

The following is the schedule of the California State Board of Education Meetings for 2022 and 2023. A waiver request normally takes approximately ten to twelve weeks to analyze and process. Submission of an incomplete waiver request will delay the analysis and processing of the waiver request.

2022 Meeting Dates

  • July 13-14, 2022
  • September 14-15, 2022
  • November 2-3, 2022

2023 Meeting Dates

  • January 19-20, 2023 (Note: This is a Thursday-Friday meeting)
  • March 8-9, 2023
  • May 17-18, 2023
  • July 12-13, 2023
  • September 13-14, 2023
  • November 8-9, 2023
