Technical assistance for users who are unable to “Copy Forward” their CDD-801A reports from December 2023 to January 2024

Due to recent system updates, the "Child Receives Part-Day Care" field has been replaced by the new "Services Type and Length" field. This change went into effect on February 1st, 2024 and will impact the January 2024 CDD-801A Monthly Child Care Population Report and every report thereafter. As a result of this change, users are unable to “Copy Forward” their CDD-801A data from December 2023 into the January 2024 report period.

To facilitate a smooth transition, the CDMIS Support Team has developed instructions on how users can export existing CDD-801A data from the CDMIS, copy their records to a “CDD-801A Microsoft Excel Template”, and save as a Tab Delimited Text (.txt) file to upload to the Child Development Management Information System (CDMIS) using the CDD-801A report’s “Electronic File Transfer” function.
