  • Build common understanding of the OPTEL’s development process
  • Review results from the OPTEL field test
  • Build consensus around:
    • recommended modifications to the OPTEL tool to make it more usable for teachers;
    • recommendations for technical support or professional learning to support teachers to implement the OPTEL; and
    • recommendations for OPTEL implementation to support reclassification decisions.
