History–Social Science Subject Matter Committee

1. History–Social Science SMC Chair Honig called the meeting to order at 1 p.m. He welcomed commissioners and commissioner emeritus to the facilitator training meeting.
   1. 2017 History–Social Science Instructional Materials Adoption Facilitator Training (Information)
      The CDE staff walked the commissioners/commissioner emeritus through the training, and specifically the role the facilitators will be performing over the week and in July during the deliberations. There will be an additional deliberations training session in July.
   2. Other Matters/Public Comment: None
      
      The meeting was adjourned at approximately 3:50 p.m.
