This list includes public comments received during the review of kindergarten through grade eight instructional materials submitted for this adoption. The sample instructional materials were available to the public as of May 7, 2021. This list includes all comments received between that date and noon on September 16, 2021. No comments were received prior to the deliberations week where review panels evaluated the submitted instructional materials. Comments included emails and attachments sent to vapa@cde.ca.gov, iqc@cde.ca.gov, and the email addresses of the Curriculum Frameworks and Instructional Materials Division staff.

The comments were distributed to members of the Instructional Quality Commission via a link to the California Department of Education Box.com account, which also included publisher-submitted handouts referenced during reviewer deliberations. The comments are available to members of the public upon request.
