All students enrolled in a California public high school who will be a senior in good standing in the 2025-26 school year, and who are available to participate in a statewide student leader conference on Nov 10 - Nov 13, 2024 in Sacramento.
ABOUT US
The California State Board of Education is a policy-making body for academic standards, curriculum, instructional materials, assessments and accountability. The student appointed to the State Board of Education will:
Vote on educational policies vital to California's students and schools.
Serve from August 1, 2025 through July 31, 2026.
Attend all State Board of Education meetings between August 1, 2025 through July 31, 2026.
