Funding Description
This request for proposal (RFP) invites submissions from eligible bidders who can design, implement, and operate a large-scale, statewide professional development project that supports high performing literacy and basic skills adult education programs, as defined by the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), Title II: Adult Education and Family Literacy Act (AEFLA). The federal WIOA, Title II: AEFLA requires funded agencies to provide adult education professional development activities to improve instruction.Eligibility
