Funding Description

The Golden State Pathways Program Planning and Implementation Grant is to provide local educational agencies with the resources to promote pathways in high-wage, high-skill, high-growth areas, including technology, health care, education, and climate-related fields. The program serves students enrolled in career pathways by providing more access to postsecondary education opportunities, workforce training opportunities, and gainful employment in industries that align with market needs.

Eligibility

Eligible Applicants Local educational agencies
Required Eligibility Criteria An applicant must be a school district, charter school, county office of education, or regional occupational center or program operated by a joint powers authority or county office of education. California Education Code Section 53022 (b).
