Funding apportioned to the Riverside County Office of Education to be allocated to the Special Olympics of Northern and Southern California for the purposes of supporting the Unified Champion Schools Program, the Healthy Athletes Program, the Community Sports Program, and for general operating expenses.

Other Pursuant to Section 86(b), it is the intent of the Legislature that the Special Olympics of Northern and Southern California expend or encumber approximately ten million dollars ($10,000,000) of the funds appropriated in each of fiscal years 2025–26, 2026–27, and 2027–28. The funds are available for encumbrance until June 30, 2028.
