Please use this Errata to update your copy of the RFA. This Errata hereby revises the CTEIG Applicant Eligibility as follows:

Overview

CTEIG Applicant Eligibility (page 4)

The CTEIG RFA Applicant Eligibility on pages 4 is amended as follows:

V. Applicant Eligibility

All Grant Applicants: Per EC Section 53072, a grant recipient may consist of one or more, or any combination, of the following:

  1. School Districts
  2. County Offices of Education (COEs)
  3. Charter schools<begin strikethrough>*<end strikethrough>
  4. Regional Occupational Centers and Programs (ROCPs) operated by a joint-powers agency (JPA) or a COE

<begin strikethrough>*Beginning with the FY 2024–25 grant, CTEIG will only allow Direct-Funded Charter schools to apply for funds. (See Appendix C)<end strikethrough>

    The California Department of Education (CDE) Nutrition Services Division, through the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program (FFVP), will grant funds to eligible elementary schools. The grant period is July 1, 2026–June 30, 2027.
