Eligibility Criteria (p. 6)

Currently reads:

Applicants must score at least 70 percent (63 points) on the narrative writing prompts in order to qualify for selection as a technical assistance team for the School Health Demonstration Project.

Amended to read:

Applicants must score at least 70 percent (67 points) on the narrative writing prompts in order to qualify for selection as a technical assistance team for the School Health Demonstration Project.

Scoring Rubric (p. 15)

Currently reads:

Each applicant can earn a total of 90 points possible from the five prompts below. Application evaluators will assign a score for each prompt criteria and then total all scores to calculate their combined total to determine eligibility for an award.

Amended to read:

Each applicant can earn a total of 95 points possible from the five prompts below. Application evaluators will assign a score for each prompt criteria and then total all scores to calculate their combined total to determine eligibility for an award.
