Beginning fiscal year 2013–14 Second Principal (P-2) reporting period, LEAs report pupil attendance, tax, and other data that are used to calculate funding for the LCFF and AB 602 in the Principal Apportionment Data Collection (PADC) Software. New Principal Apportionment Data Collection (PADC) File Transfer System
Beginning July 6, 2020, all county offices of education (COE) will be required to use the new Principal Apportionment Data Collection (PADC) File Transfer system to transfer all PADC and Tax data files from the desktop software to California Department of Education (CDE).
