The following types of submittals can be either traditional paper based or electric through CDEBox. Informations on CDEBox can be found at CDEBox for School Facilities webpage.

New Construction - Required Documents

  • Preliminary Plans Submittal
    • SFPD Form 4.08 (DOC)
    • Plan Submission Requirements for Modernization Projects
    • Preliminary modernization plans (site plan, floor plan, demolition plan, and elevations)
    • Reduced-size plans
    • Educational Specifications (if applicable)
    • Plan Summary (if applicable)
  • Final Plans Submittal
    • SFPD Form 4.08 (DOC)
