Information about the adult education course development and approval process, including a listing of courses approved for statewide use.

Adult Education Course Approval Process

To receive apportionment, all courses must be approved by the California Department of Education (CDE). Within 20 working days of receiving the request, the CDE will provide electronic certification of course approval.
