Fiscal Guidance

The MEP Fiscal Guidance documents serve as guidance on the regulations, policies and procedures for the use of MEP funds.

  • MEP Allowable Cost Guidebook, October 2020 (DOCX)
  • MEP Fiscal Handbook (The MEP Fiscal Handbook is available upon request. It is currently being updated. If you encounter any Migrant Education Expenditure reporting system or MEP Online Application system rules that are more stringent than the previous fiscal handbook, the system rules supersede the handbook. Please email Alex Leguizamo at aleguizamo@cde.ca.gov for more information.)
