The National Secondary Transition Technical Assistance Center (NSTTAC) has identified an evidence-based practice in secondary transition planning that leads to positive post-school outcomes in the area of education and training which is meaningful parent involvement throughout the entire transition process.

It summarizes great sources of information for current and future college parents to help their children prepare for and succeed in college. Check out how to communicate with your college student.
