Release of 2022 National Assessment of Educational Progress Mapping Study Results
The National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) has released the latest National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) mapping study, which compares state proficiency standards with NAEP achievement levels. The report aligns state assessment proficiency standards with the NAEP scale using data from 2021‒22 state assessments and 2022 NAEP assessments in reading and math for grades four and eight.
The results of the study are now available on the Mapping State Proficiency Standards webpage
on the NCES website
