New Coordinator Training Webinar: Assessment Systems and Test Operations Management System

Register now for the New Coordinator Training Webinar —Assessment Systems and Test Operations Management System (TOMS) on August 27, 2026, from 3 to 4 p.m. This webinar will focus on:

• Key assessment systems
• Local systems
• Setting up testing windows
• Understanding student test assignments

This webinar is part of a yearlong series that provides just-in-time information for coordinators. These webinars also offer opportunities to ask questions from experienced coordinators.

Audience: Local educational agency (LEA) CAASPP and ELPAC coordinators who have been in their role for less than 12 months or would like a refresher on coordinator responsibilities.

You Asked, We Listened: Supplemental Slide Deck for Local ELPAC Training

One of the most common requests we have received from LEAs is for a ready-to-use supplemental training resource to support local ELPAC and Alternate ELPAC Test Examiner training.

We are excited to share that the new ELPAC Test Examiner Training Slide Deck is here!

While this slide deck is an excellent supplemental resource for local training, it does not replace the required Moodle calibration training for Test Examiners who administer and score the Speaking and Writing domains, as applicable.
The training slide deck includes the following sections:

• Preparing for before, during, and after ELPAC testing
