801 Report Schedule

Report Lock Dates

The 801A report locks two months after the report due date. This provides agencies additional time to review and update information submitted in the 801A. Once a report period is locked for the 801A, users trying to access data will receive the following message: "The cut-off date for entering 801A data for the selected report month/year has passed. 801A data may no longer be entered for the selected report month/year."

The tables below indicate the 801A report due dates and lock dates for the indicated fiscal year(s). Please be advised that these dates are subject to change.

CDMIS Data Retention and Removal

Periodically, data is removed from the Child Development Management Information System (CDMIS) to keep the size of the database manageable and to optimize the network's performance. Once data is removed, it is no longer available for agencies to view or edit.
