American Rescue Plan I - Homeless Children and Youth (ARP-HCY)


Funding Description

ARP Homeless I funds supplement the Education for Homeless Children and Youth (EHCY) program, and the uses of funds are governed by EHCY allowability. Uses of funds may include, when responding to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, expenses that are reasonable and necessary to facilitate the identification, enrollment, retention, and educational success of homeless children and youth.

Required Eligibility Criteria Funds are available to 2021‒24 grantees in the EHCY Program.
Other Eligibility Considerations The project period is from July 1, 2021, to September 30, 2024.
