Funding Description

Funding is awarded to the Sacramento County Office of Education (COE) for the development, curation, production, and dissemination of public education resources regarding the value of equity and inclusion for students with disabilities.

Required Eligibility Criteria Only Sacramento County Office of Education is eligible to receive funds.
Other Eligibility Considerations Sacramento County Office of Education will be required to submit quarterly updates and annual reports to the Special Education Division at the California Department of Education, pursuant to Provision 10(c) of the Budget Act of 2022 (Ch. 43, 2022), as amended by Section 186 of Assembly Bill 178 (Ch. 45, 2022).
