Funding Description

The System Improvement Leads Significant Disproportionality Grant is specific to assisting Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) in steps 1-3 in the development of the Compliance and Improvement Monitoring (CIM) Significant Disproportionality Plans for each of the designated LEAs.

Funding

Legal Authority Of the funds appropriated in Senate Bill 101, Chapter 4, 6100-161-0890, Provision 13, $6,000,000 is available in one-time carryover funds for the State Performance Plan Technical Assistance Project. These funds shall be available for encumbrance until June 30, 2028.
