Funding Description
The System Improvement Leads Significant Disproportionality Grant is specific to assisting Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) in steps 1-3 in the development of the Compliance and Improvement Monitoring (CIM) Significant Disproportionality Plans for each of the designated LEAs.

Of the funds appropriated in Senate Bill 101, Chapter 4, 6100-161-0890, Provision 13, $6,000,000 is available in one-time carryover funds for the State Performance Plan Technical Assistance Project. These funds shall be available for encumbrance until June 30, 2028. |
