Ag CTE Incentive Grant Timeline

Timeline of Important Dates for the Agriculture Career Technical Education (CTE) Incentive Grant Application process.
Date Activity
May 1

Announcement letters made available to Local Educational Agencies (LEAs).

May 1–July 15

Agriculture Education Regional Supervisors available to assist LEAs.

July 15–August 15 Regional Supervisors review and summarize applications.
August 15–September 1 Payments established and LEAs are notified.
October 15

Program Enrollment Data must be completed in the Agricultural Experience Tracker (AET) system.

Report of Expenditures page with actual expenditures and matching for preceding year due to Regional Supervisor.

Future Farmers of America (FFA) membership rosters must be completed in AET and affiliation completed with the FFA Financial Services Office.

October 15–February 15

On-site and paper reviews of LEAs completed by Regional Supervisors.

December 1 Allocations forwarded to LEAs.
October 15 of Following Year

Final Report of Expenditures due to Regional Supervisor.
