College and Career Access Pathways Grant

To establish a College and Career Access Pathways (CCAP) dual enrollment partnership agreement that is consistent with the requirements of Section 76004 of California Education Code and that gives students access to dual enrollment opportunities pursuant to the CCAP partnership agreement.

General Assurances & Certifications (Posted Jul-2022)

Required as a condition of receiving funds. Applicants do not need to sign and return the General Assurances with the application. General Assurances must be downloaded and kept on file for compliance reviews, complaint investigations, or audits. Applicants that participate in the Consolidated Application - ConApp - should have a copy on file and do not need another copy. Program-specific assurances are not included here and should be listed separately on the Request for Application (RFA).
