2025–26 FFVP Second Allocation Funding Results

This message notifies of the award for the 2025–26 Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program (FFVP) second allocation. The list of grant recipients is posted on the California Department of Education (CDE) Funding Results FFVP web page.

Funding for this program is provided in two allocations, the first was announced on Tuesday, July 29, 2025. Combined, the two allocations provide the full funding for the FFVP for a total award of $60.50 per student.

Next Steps

The Grant Award Notification (GAN) letter for the second allocation will be emailed to your school district’s superintendent who, as the highest ranking official and authorized child nutrition program representative, will be the designated authorized signatory for the Adobe Sign secure electronic signature process. Food service directors or managers will be cc’d with view only access.

The GAN includes details about the grant requirements, funding allocations, and the mandatory online orientation training series. You should review the GAN closely. Additionally, your Superintendent must complete the e-signature process using Adobe Sign within 10 business days of receipt of the GAN email.

After the e-signature is submitted with Adobe Sign, an automated email with a final PDF copy of the agreement will be distributed to the CDE and your Superintendent (food service directors or managers will be cc’d).

IMPORTANT: FFVP second allocation claims (October 1, 2025–June 30, 2026) will not be processed until your required GAN documents are e-signed via Adobe Sign and received by the CDE. Mailed documents will not be processed.
