U.S. Department of Agriculture Requests Feedback


The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Food and Nutrition Service is seeking voluntary feedback through an online survey pertaining to the USDA Foods in Schools Product Information Sheets and the USDA Foods Database. The USDA would like to understand how these resources are being utilized and identify opportunities for improvement.

The intended audience for this survey includes School Food Authorities operating the National School Lunch Program as well as contracted Food Service Management Companies.

Due Date

The USDA requests feedback by April 18, 2025. This survey is voluntary and is not a requirement.
