Noon–12:15 p.m.	Call to Order: Welcome and Introductions; Approval of Minutes
12:15–12:45 p.m.	Work Permit Training: Dr. Michael Esposito will give an overview and address long-time partnership with WorkAbility.
12:45–12:50 p.m.	Public Comment: General public comment is invited on any matter, including items not on the agenda. Issues raised by the public may be referred to a future meeting agenda. Chair reserves the right to establish time limits on presentations.
12:50–1:00 p.m.	Break
1:00–2:00 p.m.	CDE Update: CDE staff will discuss recent developments within the SED.
2:00–2:20 p.m.	Sexual Harassment Training: WAI Advisory and CDE staff will review updates to SB 788, and review and discuss Department of Fair Employment and Housing Sexual Harassment training and other options.
2:20–2:50 p.m.	CALPADS Guidance: Presentation to Advisory on data collection in areas key to WorkAbility services.
2:50–3:05 p.m.	Project Status Updates: WAI Advisory and CDE staff will review status of current initiatives/workgroups and set proposed completion dates.
3:05–3:20 p.m.	Committee Feedback / Open Floor: WAI Advisory will provide and discuss committee updates.
3:20–3:25 p.m.	Public Comment
3:25–3:30 p.m.	Adjournment of November WAI Advisory Meeting
