Waiver Calendar

Calendar dates for the State Board of Education meetings.

The following is the schedule of the California State Board of Education Meetings for 2025 and 2026. A waiver request normally takes approximately ten to twelve weeks to analyze and process. Submission of an incomplete waiver request will delay the analysis and processing of the waiver request.

2025 Meeting Dates

  • January 15, 2025 (Note: This is a Wednesday only meeting)
  • March 5-6, 2025
  • May 7-8, 2025
  • July 9-10, 2025
  • September 10-11, 2025
  • November 5-6, 2025

2026 Meeting Dates

  • January 14-15, 2026
  • March 4-5, 2026
  • May 6-7, 2026
  • July 8-9, 2026
  • September 9-10, 2026
  • November 11-12, 2026
