Beginning in 2012–13, a staff credential file added to the first table below includes a credential type and authorized teaching area for credentialed staff. A Staff Data - Entity Relationship Diagram (PDF) diagram is provided to help users understand the new organization of files associated with staff demographics, credentials, courses taught, and course enrollment.
