Charter School ADA Regulations

Regulations are adopted by the State Board of Education to implement specific sections of the law. Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations (CCR) contains regulations on education.

To read and review charter school average daily attendance regulations on the CCR Web site visitors should select the "Search" link in the upper right corner of that page. When the search window opens, enter in the number 5 in the "Title" box. Then enter regulation number 11960 in the box marked "Section" and select the search button. This will display section 11960 of the code of regulations.
