A special one-time apportionment to reimburse county offices of education that reported out-of-state expenditures.

Eligibility

Eligible Applicants Local educational agencies
Required Eligibility Criteria County Offices of Education (COE) that reported county school tuition expenditures for pupils who attended school in an adjoining state for the 2013-14 fiscal year.
