California School Finance Authority
Effective July 1, 2013, Assembly Bill 86 (Chaptered 48, Statutes of 2013) authorized the transfer of the administration of the Charter School Facility Grant Program and the Charter School Revolving Loan Fund from the California Department of Education to the California State Treasurer's Office-California School Finance Authority .
